The Roots partnered with When We All Vote to curate Roots Picnic Virtual Experience 2020. Featuring sets by H.E.R., EARTHGANG, Roddy Rich, SZA, Kirk Franklin, D-Nice and more, the streaming show was hosted by Michelle Obama and combined one-of-a-kind musical performances with messages from celebrities including Liza Koshy, Wallo267, Traces Ellis Ross and Lin-Manuel Miranda stressing the importance of voting and having your voice heard.
