Dave grew up in an entertainment-based family where they spent summers together touring, starting him out at a young age. His 38+ year career in the industry officially started when he was 16, working at a locally based, nationally recognized, sound and power company. Dave’s next step was to the now renowned, original, Capitol Theater in Passaic, NJ where he ran the stage crew (requiring the assistance of older adults to round up the hands for set change from the bar next door as he was still under 21). When the Capitol closed, he moved to SST Rentals where he spent 20 years building and general managing the company. It was at that point in his career when he started working with what would become the team of DPS…first at SFX, then Clear Channel, and finally at Live Nation. That same team is still together, 15 years later, and he is proud to have produced some of the world’s best-known live entertainment events.
Dave enjoys hiking with friends, grilling, and making drinks with tequila when he isn’t coordinating everything on an event site.
Led Zepplin, Judas Priest, Deep Purple, and modern hard rock plays most often.
